Rick Peet – Director

Experience/specialisms: Loves helping clients make more profit and save loads of tax.

Qualifications: BA, FCA, (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales)

Hobbies: Keeps fit walking 2 border collies, plays badminton reasonably well, and plays golf pretty badly.

Mark Russell – Director

Experience/specialisms: Played rugby for London Harlequins (1991-96) and had representative honours for England and South Africa. Specialises in helping clients achieve business growth, develop leadership competencies and improve team dynamics and personal performance.

Qualifications: MBA (Henley Business School).

Hobbies: All Pro Husband and Dad, keeping an aquarium of tropical fish and playing golf (often very erratically!).

Fiona Walberton - Senior Client Manager

Experience/specialisms: Over 25 years experience working in accountancy, most of it spent advising on taxation matters.

Qualifications: BA, FCA (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).

Hobbies: Volunteer and treasurer for local conservation group and a voracious reader of all types of literature!

Fariba Amiri - Client Manager

Experience/specialisms: Over six years in accounts department in Investment Bank in Iran and over 5 years in accountancy practices in UK.

Qualifications: BSc - ACCA (Association Of Chartered Certified Accountant) – Currently studying toward CTA qualification (Chartered Tax Advisor)

Hobbies: Enjoy reading books and cooking

Matt Lythell - Accounts Assistant

Experience/specialisms: Worked at major accountancy firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and also some smaller accountancy firms giving Matt exposure to a wide range of clients from large multinationals to small charities.

Qualifications: BSc (University of Kent at Canterbury); currently studying for Chartered Accountancy qualification.

Hobbies: Enjoy many sports including running and cycling. When not at work can be found on a charity cycle ride or at the side of an athletics track coaching - 2016 here we come!

Venetia Peet – Personal Assistant to Directors

Experience/specialisms: Helping the Directors with administration and organisation so that they know where they should be, at what time and seeing whom!

Hobbies: Enjoys gardening, cooking and many other creative hobbies. Walking two madly energetic collies. Exercise classes and badminton..for fun

Jill Wells - Admin Assistant

Experience/specialisms: Sorts out the electronic filing system, so we can cut down on paper and help save the world!

Hobbies: Never seen without Sudoku, which comes in useful flying around on her endless globetrotting.
